Purpose Walks
Mindful community walks in Richmond Park (Sheen Gate)

Are you curious about a new way of connecting and being together?​

​FREE regular group walk on Friday mornings 9.15am - 1.5hrs

The walk usually includes:​

  • Setting intentions

  • Centering practice

  • Mindfulness exercises

  • Shares (if you feel like it)

  • Connecting with nature and surroundings

  • ... and walking 

 

Everyone is welcome, just as they are!

Depending individual requirements, will likely go off the footpaths.

Groups will be between 3 - 8 people​
