Why this is the right time to join The Midlife Transformation Method:

When I went through some major life transitions a few years back, I felt like there was noone who really understood the bigger picture. That it wasn't just one thing causing me to feel isolated, overwhelmed and depleted. It was a whole myriad of challanges that needed to be dealt with all at the same time. My relationships, my work life, my marriage, my mental health and the connection to my child. Everything was affected. I spend a lot of time looking for guidance, resources, professionals who could support me through it. A painful and at times very lonely process as nothing really seemed to work. 

 

So I decided that I don't want other women to have to go through years of searching and hopelessness. I felt there must be an easier way. When I couldn't find it, I created it. My years of experience, studing, experimentation and walking the path has allowed me create a process that invites others to embrace midlife as an opportunity for positive change. 

 

The program is designed as a step-by-step process so that you can feel more centred and joyful. It encourages increased self-awareness, reflection and taking action. It provides accountability and a space of community all with the support of a compassionate professional. For me these are the key ingredients to a midlife transition that leaves you thriving and with an intutive wisom that will serve you for the years to come.
